From recent events, we can tell the Government of Lagos state is trying to change the image of the Nigerian Police Force at least in the state. With the provision of new cars and armored vaheicles, it has put them on the road to recovery.
But one thing the government did not account for is that you can take the lion out of the jungle but you cannot take the jungle out of the lion.
