We can only assume this was at least partly intended as a giant “fuck you” to the nipple nazis over at Instagram, which somewhat awkwardly happens to the CFDA’s new favorite app, and which will now inevitably be flooded with #regrams of RiRi’s #OOTD even in the absence of the bad gal herself.
